Al Jallaf Carton Boxes Manufacturing L.L.C. was established in 2013 as a manufacturer and exporter of corrugated and printed packaging. We work to international standards, and we work to your specification — sizes, board grade, flute and artwork are set by what your product needs, not by what happens to be on the shelf.
Engineers, technicians, an R&D team, quality analysts and marketing specialists sit under one roof. That is how a drawing becomes a die-line, a die-line becomes a sample, and the sample becomes a consignment that matches it.

Order one line or all five — everything below is produced and printed by us, so a single purchase order can cover the carton, the bag inside it and the flyer on top.

Single-wall (3 ply), double-wall (5 ply) and triple-wall (7 ply) cartons, plain or printed. Duplex printed cartons, top & bottom boxes, food board boxes, corrugated sheets and rolls.

How the board is built.
The number of liners decides how much weight a carton carries; the flute profile decides how well it prints and how much shock it absorbs. Tell us the product and the journey, and we will tell you the build.

Share the spec
Send dimensions, quantity and what's going inside. A sample or a photo works just as well as a drawing.

Die-line & sample
We propose the board, flute and construction, prepare the die-line and produce a physical sample for approval.

Print & produce
Printing, die-cutting, gluing and finishing run in-house, with quality checks against the approved sample.

Deliver
Consignments are packed, palletised where needed and delivered to your site across the U.A.E.

Common questions.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly — a two-minute call usually settles a specification faster than an email chain.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and whether it is printed. Plain corrugated cartons and sheets start lower than custom-printed die-cut boxes, which carry a die and plate set-up. Share your item and quantity and we will confirm the minimum for that job.
Can you print our own artwork?
Yes. We print offset and digital, and we work from print-ready PDF or AI files. If you only have a logo, our team can lay the artwork onto the die-line for you before production.
Which flute should I choose?
As a rule: E flute for fine printed retail cartons, B flute for general-purpose boxes, E+B where you need print quality with double-wall strength, and B+C for export and heavy transit. We confirm the final board against your product weight and stacking height.
Do you supply outside Ajman?
Yes. The plant is in Al Jurf Industrial Area No.1, Ajman, and we deliver consignments across the United Arab Emirates. We also handle export orders.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes. For custom constructions we produce a physical sample from the approved die-line so you can test fit and stacking before the full run is scheduled.
